Basketball Mentor/Assistant/Parent Volunteers Needed For Thunder AAU Teams in San Marcos, CA
San Marcos Basketball 501c3 Nonprofit offers volunteering opportunities for:
- college and high school local players - leadership and mentorship, training, shadow coaching and coach assisting - receive local community hours credit for college and college applications
- dads/parents/family members(brothers/sisters) that are/have played in high school or college - if you have a son/brother on the team we will waive your season fees(valued at $500 in fees)
- individuals that want to pursue a coaching career - when you volunteer you have a chance to learn from our coaches, you shadow coach, plan practices, help players and track their growth, receive coaching certificate after 1 year
Our basketball organization is a non-profit, volunteers do not get paid, you will need to help run practices 2 times per week and optionally coach if you are ready. Fill out the form below.
