Coach Ciprian Oltean is the head coach at the San Marcos Basketball Organization, founded in 2020, and has a successful proven track record for youth competitive club basketball. Ciprian is a national junior basketball player, for the Romanian National Jr. Basketball team for 4 years, division A player for 2 years, as a power forward, winning championships and medals at ages 15 through 18.
