To train the participants efficiently, we divide them into groups according to their basketball skill level. This way, we ensure development for advanced, intermediate, and beginner players as well.
Honed coordination skills, improved balance, and steadiness to efficiently catch the ball in a scoring position are all important aspects required in competitive basketball. Seasoned players excel in speed, strength, accuracy, and fluidity.
